Date night dinner plans ended up teriyaki chicken bowls a là costco. Gourmet I am not. At least I was before we had kids when I had a couple appetizer tricks up my sleeve. Alas, homemade cook, fail, but I'm winning in the shoe department. Happy Humpday!
