Fall's Most wanted: Sock Boot
The new IT boot is actually a sock - it hugs the ankle mid calve, and hit s a high note with a pointed toe. I'm writing this just short of ordering myself another pair. No joke. They bring any midi length dress or skirt up a couple notches and don't think you can't wear them with high water cropped jeans. If you're wondering, yes, they rock cropped pants.
