There’s nothing like a pop of red, or even ruffle for that matter, but lately, I have been investing in red. It pops, looks great in photo’s and events, and doesn’t show stains as much as white. I’m sold. Ruffle plus cold shoulder is a plus. This top hits all the boxes but sadly only a few sizes left. I really can’t wait for the weekend, we’re going to do a last minute stay cation. Any ideas where?

I’m all about white after labor day – and especially if it includes ruffles and a tie. Dress it up or down with a distressed jean or leather jacket. It’s all about options. Even though we have the beach with friends and a pool party planned for the weekend, I plan to wear this for a short date night. And did I mention, it’s on sale for $160? Run, don’t walk.

After a day of stepping on Lincoln Logs, and what seemed like a million potty breaks with four kids everywhere I took them, it feels great to don a chic LBD. For those of you shopping the Nordstrom Sale, yes its finally public access which means you don’t need to be a Nordstrom card holder to shop. Yay!
