I’ve been eying this top for a while and I finally got my hands on it. The terracotta color is striking and I love pairing it with a neutral bag and white wide leg pants. I also will pair it with jeans for a family ice cream date to Scoops or a blazer for a meeting. It’s all about versatility. Happy Monday!

This dress embodies two things I love in dresses, a blush color and choker neck tie. Also, I picked up this lace kimono for Mexico, because it is super versatile: think tanks, jeans and dresses, but it can also go over swimsuits! See how I styled a blush trench here. Happy Monday!

Overalls are making a comeback – are you ready? The trick is how you style them. I prefer the looser off the shoulder top, nude heels and stripe tunic. It’s a boho chic look that works for casual Friday to farmer’s market Saturdays. Just don’t forget a big bag to collect all your market spoil. Here’s hoping I can convince my 7 year-old to wear her cute overalls with me. But I’m not going to hold my breath since moments together and relationships outweigh even the cutest photo op. PS. If you follow me on Instagram, you will agree with me that I can’t stop styling this stripe tunic – which is also on my shop page.

Lately, I’m loving a white tank, stripe tunic and favorite jeans for a weekday outfit. Reid and I are headed to Mexico in the next couple weeks to celebrate our Anniversary though late. I will definitely be bringing this pom pom hat, dress, and stripes south of the border.

I get asked a lot what lipsticks I tend to use often, so I thought I’d share my top faves. The below are in major rotation. I generally go for everyday nudes and a bold red for special events and occasions. See my faves below and let me know what you think!

I’m on my way to my daughter’s field trip today, but flashback to this look I never shared from our vacation at 1 Hotels South Beach. Here I paired a pale leather moto jacket, navy ruffle skirt, black fishnet socks and Miu Miu heels. See this pink and camel look I posted earlier. Happy Thursday!

I lived in paris for 3 months, and besides the hit my credit card took in those three months (yikes), I actually learned about just how the french dress. Always so chic, so pulled together, so polished, and I’m always drooling over their accessory choices, Hermès scarf anyone? Basically, it’s all about which items to invest in. Read on:

1. don’t underestimate the power of red. My friend found this leather skirt second hand vintage. Looove. I also like red accessories like a red lipred bag or red heels.

2. layer with a trench, I usually size down to get a more tailored look. I like this one and this one. Layer it over jeans and a tee for a laid back look.

3. no make up, no problem. When in doubt, sunnies are an easy way to polish a look.

4. don’t forget one luxury item: Hermès belt here or a luxury bag or shoes. I don’t mind pairing Levi’s, a cheap tee, and Chanel flats. Pas de problème.

St Patrick’s Day marks our 10th wedding anniversary. How is it possible that a decade just came and went? More on that later. Meanwhile, I’m loving choker tees and this one is no exception. It’s soft, under $40, and can be dressed up or down, no necklace necessary, though I wore one out of habit. It also looks great with white denim for spring. What’s your go-to tee? Also, thank you to all of you who entered the sunglasses giveaway! All 5 winners will be notified via email.

Happy Friday! Here are 6 belts I’m loving now. They give that necessary pop to an outfit and I’m loving them over sweaters, dresses, and tunics. Sometime a little waist jewelry is all you need to pull an outfit together. A good belt adds structure to a loose tunic and gold detail to an otherwise neutral outfit. Because few looks such as a belt, jeans, sweater and trench pull off laissez-faire so well. How do you wear yours?

Some days – scratch that, most days I want the easiest outfit I can wear to run errands- sneak in a meeting and make it on time for school pick up. Yes, most days the latter is a miracle.  I must admit, there are also the delightful parts of being a mom of four – each child has a distinct humor, character and it’s so fun when they make you laugh and cover you in hugs! I mean where else can you get all that under one roof? I’m wearing all black, my fave ripped denim jacket, black boots and a market bucket bag to hold flowers and my credit card. I mean, what else does a girl need?
