I’ve written about my eBay finds a lot on the blog. What can I say? I’m kind of obsessed and just want to share all my purchases so you guys know you really can find great luxury items for less! I’ve bought everything from shoes to handbags to clothes on eBay and today I have some really amazing accessories to share.
Today’s finds include an incredible Chanel belt and a men’s watch. I got both for a fraction of the retail price and they were delivered right to my house super fast. I’ve been on the hunt for a great watch for Reid, so when I came across this one, it was a no-brainer. As for the Chanel belt, I think it’s a fun statement piece, but I didn’t want to pay full price for it. I knew I could rely on eBay to have it in stock for less!

If you’re still not convinced eBay is the place to go for luxury shopping, know they do have an amazing authenticity policy. Sellers aren’t even allowed to list something if they can’t guarantee (through eBay’s authentication process) their items to be authentic. I also put together this post last summer on how to buy authentic items from eBay. It includes five of my best tips that I’ve learned after years (decades!) of shopping on eBay. It really is such a safe and affordable platform to utilize when trying to snag luxury items for a deal!
If you have any questions about my experiences shopping on eBay, please don’t hesitate to ask in the comments!

by Shalice Noel

snakeskin blouse // white jeans // white mules // camel coat // snakeskin trench coat //

I’m giving leopard a break ftm, and giving the snakeskin trend a go.

There are a bunch of affordable options I provide below. Styling tip: pair it with neutrals like a camel coat and white or black jeans.

After all, a pop of snakeskin is a perfect addition to your spring ensemble. What do you think?

You know those things you have in your life that just help you function each day? That’s what I want to share with all you guys today! Because with a household to run, a husband and five kids to keep track of, I’m desperate for anything that makes life go a little smoother, ha!

I think it’s important to have a running Amazon list. From the practical to the impulse buys under $20. I must say, I’m a fan of it all. Amazon truly is a gift to all the mom’s out there. Most days with a household of 7 people, I need diapers next day, chicken broth for tomorrow’s dinner and a quick birthday gift for an 18 month-old. Anyone else relate? I’ve been asked what are some of my favorites, so here they are!

I hope your week has been good and you have something fun planned this weekend!

It’s that time of year when I’m scoping out everything spring. I was pleasantly surprised recently to find so many good things at Walmart.com! Have you checked out their selection? There are tons of fun pieces that are super affordable, which makes it really easy to try out new trends this season. I picked up quite a few pieces and wanted to share them to give you a little peek at what’s happening over on Walmart’s website.

More wide leg pant options:

My pants, stripe tee, trench coat, and sandals are all from Walmart! Loving the pants a lot because they’re a wide leg, which I wear all the time and love. The stripe tee is a good staple that I know I’m going to get so much wear out of. As for the trench, who doesn’t love a good trench coat? They’re classic and perfect for layering up during the spring. I currently have a few of them hanging in my closet, but if you need something affordable and basic, this option from Walmart.com is definitely the one to start out with.
What are you guys shopping for this spring? Are you looking for basics or trends? Whatever it is, if you want to keep it at an affordable price point, I highly recommend checking out Walmart’s online selection – there’s a lot of really good things happening!

Thank you Walmart for sponsoring this post!

The more I learn about make-up, the less complicated it is. All you really need is a couple of key pieces in your make up bag to feel pulled together and a little glam. I’ve never been one to wear tons of makeup, so I love that I can use just a few items to make myself feel more polished and put together. I sat down with my make-up artist and asked her what she recommended, and then I figured out what would work as a busy mom with nearly 5 minutes to do makeup in the morning. Read on!

Tip #1. Start with the essentials. I like to prep my skin with Neat Skin Care Selfie Magic Facial Oil, then concealer, and then the Hollywood filter. The facial oil makes my skin glow and moisturizes at the same time. Don’t forget your neck! I also put foundation on my neck to match my face. Also, for a finished look, don’t leave out the nose crease (where the nose meets the cheek).

Tip #2. I can’t live without a little tan. I don’t skip the bronzer. Cheek stain isn’t a must for me, and eye shadow is mostly a luxury, but bronzer, no way! I even like to brush my bronzer on my eyelids for that I may have just came back from Monte Carlo (but really I’ve just been to the park with the kids) kinda glow. I’m into it. For reference, I have Nars in ‘Laguna.’

Tip #3. All the wows with brows. There’s no denying brows pack a punch. I feel like I can get away with the barely there, dewy, no make-up look when I have my brows filled in. Here’s the 411: brow gel in ‘chocolate’ and brow defining pencil. Two simple, quick things that make a big difference! Also, if you’re in a pinch for time, but want some help defining them, use a stencil. I provide two options below:

Tip #4. Don’t forget the lips! I put this on every night before bed for instant moisture that lasts till the morning. I’ve tried many products but this is still my fave. It’s organic shea butter and I’ll link in below if you’re curious to try!

What are you loving lately? I’m still learning the ins and outs of make-up. Share your favorites below, I’d love to hear!

One-piece (I’m wearing a small) // stripe duster in small//

I’m a big fan of a flattering one piece, enter the Kim by Montce. It is belted and chic, ready to take on the toddler, the waves or the mini bar. I love a good belted swimsuit as it is universally flattering. I recently shared some belted swim favorites in my newsletter, be sure to check it out!

The hot list:

This tasseled Chloe bag for $162, yes please.

These earrings have been on repeat all week!

These barely there sandals are so chic and I’ve had them for 2 years! For those asking about my tan, I used this sunless tanner for my legs. See more options below:

I can’t get enough whites for the beach! See some of my favorites below:

Top Links this Week

by Shalice Noel

I was doing some thinking recently and thought it would be fun to start recapping with you guys the top links I shared with you all the week before. What do you think? So, everything included on the list below was the most-purchased by you guys last week out of everything I shared. Kinda fun, right? It’s honestly really great for me to look through this stuff to see what you guys are loving the most! I hope you enjoy this new little series!

1.$68 slip dress – This dress is a steal and works great for any summer weddings you have coming up!

Bias slip dress – Another fantastic slip dress option. This one has a bit more of a defined waist, which is what makes it stand out, in my opinion.

2. Camisole – This camisole is a staple in my wardrobe in both black and white. Very happy to see you guys are loving it too!

3. Turkish runner rug – I get tons of questions from you guys about the rugs at our cabin and our home in LA. This one is the perfect color combo in my opinion, so I totally get why you guys are loving it so much. 😉

4. Cropped sweater – Such a cute little boho style sweater. And it’s on sale right now for 30% off, so snag it while you can!

5. Turquoise rings – I love a good turquoise ring and it’s good to know you guys do too! This option is great because you know you’re getting real, high-quality jewelry. Plus, how stunning are these rings?!

6. Red bow sandals – These sandals are so incredibly cute and scream spring and summer! The knotted detail on the front is what had me crushing on them. Not to mention the block heel makes them way more comfortable than a stiletto, which is a big win for this mama.

Anthropologie is having their 20% off everything sale, so I’m making a rare weekend appearance here on the blog to tell you. Anthropologie has been a long time favorite of mine from unique shoes, to throws for the cabin, gorgeous couches, and perennial favorite dresses. Did you know, one of me and Reid’s first dates was at his roommate’s wedding? I was wearing a black Anthropologie dress and so beautiful. Amazing how a good dress can put you in a good mood. Ironically, I caught the bouquet that summer night and we were married the following spring. So, is Anthropologie a perennial favorite of mine for around 20 years? Absolutely. Scroll down for some of my hand picked favorites for 20% off today. Which are your favorites?
